Foreigners that sound the most clearest when speaking English (hotel, living in)

For me, the Scandinavian countries and Dutch speakers are sometimes hard to even detect an accent and they seem for the most part to get most of the grammar correct. Some Germans are like this.
However, even if the accent is good, what often throws me off is grammar. Etheral, sorry to pick on you here but as already mentioned, "most clearest" isn't correct although this example isn't that bad. You could say, "most clear" or "the clearest" but you would not use the word "most" with that form of the adjective. I don't know what you mean by "dental, Hispanics".
Once an American told me I have a Scandinavian accent. I still don't know what he means. Maybe I don't swallow all the consonants (especially -t) in word-final position like Americans often do.
Many East Asians like to insert a vowel when a consonant is at the end. Some French and Spanish speakers do the same to a lesser degree. This is very annoying.
English, an English person speaks better English. That reminds me of Mr Bean, "Johnny English".
