That's what makes these lists so dumb... they started as a reaction to the fact that people judged cities solely by the number of Michelin rated restaurants in them, but now, they're more or less back full circle to plugging places run by celebrity chefs, and then selecting a few random cities to make it seem "exotic" or "underground."
