It depends, are we talking about overall beauty, or the number of beautiful places that they have?
If it's the latter, then countries such as the the US, Canada, Russia, Brazil, China, etc. Deserve to be near the top because of some of the incredibly diverse and vast landscapes that they possesses, although that is a natural consequence of being such large nations. The flip side is that they also have large areas that very uninteresting.
As has already been alluded to here, there are many nations that perform better in terms of overall beauty. Since a larger overall percentage of their land mass could be considered "beautiful".
Naming the most beautiful countries is a bit same to name the most beautiful women/men or the best music. Everyone have their own taste. I like lush temperate forests, mountains, beaches, lakes and four seasons. I don't like tropical rainforests or deserts. For those reasons countries like Egypt or Brazil can never make my list, however stunning areas they might have.
