Taipei, Taiwan and Asuncion, Paraguay
Bukittingi, Sumatra, and Ibarra, Ecuador
Hong Kong-Gueilin and Tarija, Bolivia.
Very close at Hue, Vietnam, and Ibo, Peru, but a possible miss.

I've been to southwestern Australia, which is within about 800 miles of being antipodeal to the northeastern US. I think that's the closest I've ever gotten.
I'm 0.6N 101.45 E
so antipode 0.6S 78.55E
so near Quito, Ecuador. (but climate really different - Quito is 2,850 m above sea level, Pekanbaru is just about 12m).
I'm visiting New Zealand in November, so I'll come fairly close to the antipodes of some places I've visited in Spain.
