These aren't words with definitions I really love, but just the sound of them, I think, is poetic and beautiful.
I just read again how "cellar door" is supposedly one of the most beautiful phrases in the English language. I've never quite gotten that one.
I LOVE the sound of the work "platitude."
Another word that sounds melodious to me is "melodious."
Another one is "memorabilia."
Too bad these are terrible diseases, because "hemophilia" and "dysentery" sound really beautiful, at least to me. Just say the words and forget their meaning...

I just thought of two more words that sound so pretty, they roll off the tongue, well so to speak. Just don't pay attention to what they are really referring to!

They really do sound like beautiful words. I guess that shows how the inventors of those words felt about what they were describing!
