I grew zucs and strawberries in Hoback Jct which also has possible frost all yearround. My fav recipe is Zuccini Parmesen.

as far as I know my aunt in Lander WY grows zucchini in her garden.. for bread and brownies, and thinly sliced she uses them to replace lasagna noodles
