Any feedback on Huntington Farms or Beckenham in Fort Mill? (house, subdivision)

Hi everyone. We are yet another family considering relocating to Fort Mill, SC. We spent a week driving around and we really liked the Lynnwood Farms subdivision. However, there are only 4 sites left and the homes are a little smaller than we were hoping for. I looked today and found vacant lots in Huntington Farms and Beckenham. In Huntington Farms, you can use your own builder, I'm not sure about Beckenham. Can anyone give any feedback on these communities?

Uh...yes, I can give you feedback on Beckenham and Huntington Farms....you have nice taste!

I remember the first time I went thru a Beckenham home....I felt that I could have used a map to find my way around the inside of the house (it was just soooo Big!).
