Maybe not bribed ... but political powers have been involved when both decisions were made.
PMC will pay York County taxes if they win ... that is why they won the first time ... no pressure ... nawww no pressure whatsoever when members of the county council visited DHEC .... this second decision is not sitting well with the politicians as Fort Mill wants those tax dollars as does York County, CMC and Presbyterian will not pay YC taxes.
In addition CMC purchased a portion of land that was donated by Jane Spratt McColl for a new York County Museum ... no museum yet.
It's really a crappy situation and we may not live to see a hospital in Fort Mill.
