Hi - just wanted to say that we just moved to the area 2 years ago and were making the same choice between TC and FM. We ended up right outside of TC on Gold Hill Road due to pricing and are very happy with our decision. We love our neighborhood (lots of kids and nice size yards) and our daughter started kindergarten this year and are very happy with schools.

We were looking by the CVS Pharmacy (spell check) which is past the Fort Mill Fire Dept. If you go a little further I think there was a Lions grocery store also (Pizza place we ate at too). In that area. I'll ask wife the area. I must confess, she had the map, and I just drive =)

Update: It was by Highway 160

Yeah if you move there. My boat will get bored if I only take it to Lake Norman.

I hear that. Putting it into just one pond can do that.

Default Tega Cay

We just bought in Tega Cay, Lakeshore Sub. , we will be moving there in Nov.
It was a gamble we took a guess on the area.

You did good. We like it there. When you get off the freeway and make a right (Tega Cay. Left is Fort Mill) How far down?

Doesn't sound like too much of a gamble to me. That's a nice area. Prices should continue to rise.
