Hey all, anyone recently move into this neighborhood?

We checked it out today and it has definetely moved up to #1 on our list of developments in the area?

Anyone live there, have any stores, how's the builder, etc?

We love Reserve at Gold Hill too. We were there today and yesterday. It looks like such a great neighborhood. Would love to hear from residents.

When we went into the nicer models - the salesman told us the people who just walked out were from FL as well.

Did you have a baby?

Yup...we were there today with a baby. We spoke with a woman in the executive section. We like the Emerson and my parents like the Westbury. How about you? We just need to find jobs, sell our house and get here. Lots to do~~~

Standard pacific is the builder for the Reserve. They are a VERY good builder, one of the best.
Just FYI, I was a real estate agent for a while and every agent I talked to agreed that this builder was excellent.

we went back/forth with the reserve as well but don't you think you get more for you $$ at some of the other developments - seemed like EVERYTHING was an upgrade. . .

the upgrades are mostly for hardwoods, granite countertops and brick or stone fronts, which most builders charge you for. What i like about the Reserve is that trey ceilings crown moulding entrance designs are included. Before i settle on the Reserve i viewed homes by various builders and for the quality and location the reserve is the best hands down.

The Reserve is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the area. Standard Pacific is putting out a great product around here.

With basements at a premium of 60k and bonus rooms optional i disagree - the majority of builders include crown moulding and trey ceilings - this seems to be standard at most of the developments we looked at. I still say Reserve is over priced for smaller lots and too many options.

If you look at the location close to Tegay Cay and Baxter Village and than compare lot size and quality of builder (Shea, John Wieland maybe Ryan) prices are very reasonable.
