Carseat inspections in Fort Mill/Rock Hill? (Piedmont: safe, automobile)

We are expecting our first child next month and would like to have our carseat inspected after it is installed. I read online that SafeKids does them in Rock Hill on the first and third Monday of every month, but I've tried calling the number several times. It goes straight to voice mail, and I've left several messages without getting a call back. The website that I saw said they do the inspections by appointment only.

Any other ideas? Obviously, we just want to make sure that our child is as safe as possible.

Another suggestion is CMS (Charlotte, NC) is having car seat inspections (in fact today they are having one...the next one is on October 20th
