Shelly Woods (Indian Land)

I know it's been some time since you moved to Shelly Woods and we were going to buy there six months ago but had a bad experience with the sales agent on site.

What is going to happen to the development, have you been told anything? I still would like to move there.

My husband and I are really interested in Shelly Woods. He has been working in the area since last September and we have finally sold our home in NC. I would appreciate any information about this development as I really don't want to wait and build - would like to move in ASAP! Renting for 6 months is not appealing to me. Would hope they have spec homes ready for purchase.

Feedback on the building quality and friendliness of neighborhood is important to us. We have grown children and they visit often along with the grands so want convenience to things.
