Any suggestions on New developments in those areas under or right at 200,000? I work in Ballantyne, but can't afford any of the new developments around here and thought SC wouldn't be too far of a drive. TIA!

Have you checked into Dominion Bridge (Ryan Homes) in Fort Mill? It is off of Doby Bridge Rd-which if you work in Ballantyne...you would just take Doby Bridge Rd up a couple of miles, make a left at 521/Johnston Rd, and *Poof* before you know it your in Ballantyne.

You sure we can't interest you in some resells???? (p.s. I'm not a realtor...as it was just a thought...but it would open up more possiblities for you though)

In Indian Land/Lancaster County---single family--there may be a few new homes in Legacy Park for under 200K--ther definately a number of resales in that price range there. Also on Shelly Mullis Road there is Ashley Glen with new homes starting in the mid 100s. You will find some new homes right around 200 or a little less in Edenmoor. Standard Pacific has new homes around 200 in Cobblestone, and townhomes from around 170, and I hear they have reductions on both. Westport Homes have homes around 200 in Highland Creek. Eastwood Homes has a new development on Harrisburg Road, right at the state line for around 200 (townhomes less in same development). With the present market, there should be some good incentives which might bring some fo these into your price range. Good luck.
