Hello, I plan to relocate to the Fort Mill area this summer, as soon as my condo is sold her in New Jersey. I plan to rent before buying so this way I can find exactly what I want. I was down in Sept. and liked Cascades at River Crossing and Baxter Village. If anyone can please give me any advice on Cascades or any other townhome complexes that are in a nice neighborhood, I would appreciate it. Also, I am flying down in April to check out Palmetto and Millcrest apts. Any information on these two complexes? Any and all info would be great. Thanks so much. Michelle
My son and his family lived in Waterstone and Regent Park. The townhomes are very nice for the price in both neighborhoods. Both have higher priced homes as part of the neighborhood so the amenites are very nice, especially Waterstone Pool Complex. My grandsons loved it there and so did I.
PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE! We are planning on relocating in spring/summer 2008. My husband's job will be in Charlotte. I have been doing research and believe Fort Mill SC is better for schools(we have a 6 and 3 yr old). Also...we are looking for the safest, family friendly development in the $300-400,000 range with a pool club. Could anyone offer any suggestions, I would truly appreciate it! Thanks.....
