Anyone have any experience or info. It's on 5/W. Main Street. Look nice.

I know someone looking to rent in that area.

Thanks in advance.

I just moved in there on Saturday, from what I've seen of it so far, its pretty nice. The apartments are pretty spacious, and the people around us are quiet. I live with some other people from school (at Winthrop University in Rock Hill), and it seems that there are a few more like us there, but not the majority. A downside, though, is that they do not provide laundry services, so you either have to get your own washer/dryer or find a laundromat nearby. The rent for our 2b/2ba is $627/month after our student discount, the 1 bedroom/1 bath was around 535/month.

Default Brittany Place Apartments

I manage another apartment community close to Brittany Place. The area is great! We have had very few problems in the area. It's close to restaurants, groceries, banks, and medical services.

Remember, when apartment communities offer reduced monthly rent as their "special", be sure to ask what their "market rate" is for that apartment and if that is what you will be paying when your lease is up. This way you can be prepared and make a better decision for long-term residency.

I've known several people who have stayed at Brittany Place, and none of them have had any complaints and some have been there for a while now. I think it's one of the more desirable complexes in Rock Hill.

Ever since I've seen this thread, I have made a point to check this complex out as I drive by. Looks very nice from the outside. Very convenient to restaurants, shops, etc.
