I visited Fortmill SC this weekend to look for houses. I visited the Sandy Point and Glen Laurel development. Anyone have any comments on these developments. Also, what other developments in Fortmill do you recommend. Our price range is up to the Mid 200s. I plan to work in Charlotte. Unless someone can tell me there are great opportunites for someone in the IT field in Fortmill.
Thanks

Yea, I agree with BKQC... Most of the same people check Charlotte too, but you will get more feedback on that board.
Good Luck.

I know a few people who live in Sandy Point and they are mostly pleased but are worried that the new bypass is going to go right by the development. I am not sure of details but I would look into it. Other neighborhoods in your range could possibly includ Knightsbridge and Hwitegrove depending on how much house you are looking for. I know both these neighborhoods have house going into the mid three hundreds as well.

What..... This board is not better by any means. The Charlotte board gets more traffic and more replies. If she wanted it here she would have posted it here.

oh I've got an idea then...why don't you stay on the Charlotte side!

Just an FYI....while an OP can put there post anywhere they want...it is the moderators who make the finally judgement call on where the post will be placed.
