The restaurant is one of several popular Asian restaurants owned by local entrepreneur Qwang C. An. Sushi lovers who have traveled far and wide for this delicacy claim Mr. An has a winner here, too. You’ll find standard sushi and sashimi along with unusual fusion sushi prepared expertly and quickly at the sushi bar. Unusual offerings include the ahi tuna stacked with mozzarella and tomatoes, and the White Mountains, a unique combination of escolar tuna, blue cheese, and wasabi wrapped in thinly sliced beets.
