But it’s typically not the trendy stuff; instead, it’s classics like mussels marinières and leg of lamb with flageolet beans. The appetizers include an extensive raw seafood bar. The sweets run to crème caramel or tarte tatin. The atmosphere is lively and loud, but that’s part of the charm. Because it keeps late hours, Bouchon is a favorite with local winemakers and staff from other restaurants. Open for lunch and dinner daily.
