Description: The hottest new restaurant in town actually has been around a few years—since 2007—serving new American cuisine. Located near the downtown contemporary art space for the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Nosh creates its own works of art—on plates. Serving tapas and “small plates,” it’s the perfect place for a, well, nosh, after work—or at lunch or dinner! You can order small or large portions, you can do a “flight” of three soups, or put yourself in the chef’s hands and let him pick five succulent little nibbles for you. Their most popular dishes feature, if you can believe it, cauliflower and brussels sprouts. Their shrimp bowl and house burger are also crazy popular. They have a full bar, but the house white sangria is the thing to order. Street parking can be tough, but there’s a parking garage adjacent and parking is free when you dine at Nosh; they’ll validate your ticket. Closed Sun.
