Description: The owners of the perennially popular Fish House have opened Encore, an upscale fine-­dining restaurant that serves various selections of sushi, sashimi, and other fresh seafood items. From the baby grand piano to the long mahogany bar, the decor is elegant, but you do not need to be similarly attired to dine here. An outdoor patio invites dining amid lush tropical vegetation in all seasons. You’ll find plenty of fish on the menu, such as the wildly popular Fish Matecumbe from sibling restaurant the Fish House alongside 10 other fresh fish dishes. After dinner, stop at the piano bar, where you can enjoy tunes from Frank Sinatra to Billy Joel. And, on some lucky evenings, you might even catch a local or two playing along on their own instruments. Encore is open daily for dinner only, and reservations are recommended.
