Description: Pyro Grill has a fast-food concept with a difference. Here, the fast-food is healthy. There’s not a freezer or a microwave in sight—because everything they serve is fresh and made from scratch. The restaurant specializes in grain, green, or protein-mix entrees with beef, chicken, pork, or vegetarian, served with yellow or brown rice and accompanied by tons of veggies. And that mixture is accompanied by any of the 12 sauces you choose from. The atmosphere is modern and casual, with bright reds and yellows, high ceilings, and cool decor. You’ll probably smell the aroma of spices when you walk in. You’ll hear the music, and the animated conversation. Starters include el guapo—black beans, sour cream, cheddar, lettuce, yellow rice, and roasted tomato salsa; or tatonka—bleu cheese cole slaw, yellow rice, and buffalo sauce. And then you build on that, adding chicken, steak, pork, or vegetables. Then you decide where to put them—burrito, bowl, wrap, etc. Finally, what sauces would you like on top of them. Your final choice is deciding which of the freshly baked cookies you’d like to top everything off with. Serves beer only.
