Description: At Brio Tuscan Grill, the bounty of Tuscany is brought to Palm Beach County and presented beautifully. You feel as if you’re dining in a Tuscan villa when you can eat inside or out on the terrace. The menu is very large, and filled with so many interesting dishes that it’s hard to choose. Start with Brio crab and shrimp cakes with horseradish and arugula; roasted garlic, spinach, and artichoke dip with warm flatbread; or spicy shrimp with eggplant. There’s also sausage florentine bruscetta with creamy spinach and provolone, and lobster bisque soup. The entrees, choose from the braised beef fettuccine, with cremini mushrooms, garlic, and fire-roasted tomatoes; roasted lamb chops in a red-wine veal sauce with potatoes and asparagus; or the seared scallops and orzo primavera. There are a number of good wines from Tuscany and around the world, along with French champagnes. You might want to enjoy them with desserts such as crème brûlée, Brio’s famous cheesecake, or the amazing dolchino sampler—peachberry crostada, mocha, crème brûlée, cheesecake with raspberry sauce, applebread pudding, milk chocolate caramel cake, and tiramisu.
