If your child has never attended school in Hillsborough County before, you will need to complete a paper application before you can do anything else. You will need your state-issued photo I.D. (driver license or I.D.) and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or lease), your child’s birth certificate, child’s Social Security number, most recent report card, and Florida Certificate of Immunization (DOH 680).
