Description: Polished black tables and exquisite color landscape photos on the shades-of-green walls give this dim sum/Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant a sophisticated look. The extensive menu is written in three languages and the selections are not your typical fried rice and eggrolls—although those are on the menu, too. But you’ll also find Clams with Ginger Scallion Sauce, Seafood in Bird Nest, Stuffed Tofu Pot, Shark Fin with Crab Meat Soup, and Sizzling Sirloin Steak with Black Bean Sauce. Ha Long Bay specializes in authentic Hong Kong–style dim sum, as well as classic Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. Dim Sum is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Dinner is served from 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday through Sunday. The restaurant is closed between 3 and 5 p.m.
