At Kobé Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, guests watch their chef slice, sear, and sauté with abandon a variety of meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables right in front of them. Not just any beef is served—Kobé beef cattle have been fed a special diet of rice, beans, rice bran, and beer, and their muscles massaged to make the meat oh-so-tender. Vegetarian dishes are also available, and an extensive sushi menu offers guests a tempting array of choices presented in picturesque settings of sauces, greens, and shredded carrots. There’s a full bar, wine list, children’s menu, early bird specials, and more. For dessert? Try the green tea ice cream—or maybe the fried cheesecake.
