Description: Royal Thai cuisine artistically presented—that pretty much sums up Clearwater’s Thai Coconut restaurant. As the menu explains, Thai cuisine draws from Indian and Chinese culinary cultures, mingling the flavors sometimes in unexpected ways. You’ll find curry dishes, for instance, as well as fried rice, but you’ll also find a Thai Coconut Combo Fried Rice and a Pad Thai dish of rice noodles sautéed with shrimp, chicken, ground peanuts, bean sprouts, green onion, and egg that some say is the best in the nation. Thai Coconut offers a selection of meats cooked to order with your choice of vegetables and sauces, an extensive sushi menu, and a variety of beers and wines. They grow many of their own herbs. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served every day beginning at 4:30 p.m., until 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
