Description: Executive chef Cameron Thompson lets his creativity shine in this eclectic and creative restaurant. Wood-fired meats and fish are cooked in a kitchen located right in the center of the restaurant so your meal’s preparation is part of your entertainment. Lamb Lollipops, salmon chips, and bronzed sea scallops will leave your mouth watering. But save room for dessert. Two’s pastry chef, Jonathon St. Hilaire, studied at the French Pastry Institute and in his hands there is no such thing as a plain cupcake. Another unique feature is the restaurant’s specially designed wine wall. It includes 42 stainless steel barrels of wine with a gravity flow system. Call for reservations. Two is open from 5:30 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday and until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. It closes at 10 p.m. Sunday. There is live jazz most evenings from 7:30 p.m.
