It has a 24-hour emergency room and complete surgical and diagnostic services, including a comprehensive same-day surgery program. Although it sounds like a pizza delivery system, it’s the only hospital that has a “15-minute ER Guarantee,” which means your emergency room visit is free if you’re not seen within 15 minutes by a nurse and 60 minutes by a doctor. The center also follows up almost all cases that come through the ER with a phone call home after the patient is released from the hospital. NNMC also boasts a pre-admission program designed to familiarize patients with staff and hospital procedures before treatment. Owned and operated by Universal Health Services (the third largest hospital management company in the country), NNMC is dedicated to providing quality medical care in a comfortable, accessible environment.
