Beach Colony is home to 218 vacation units that include oceanfront suites; two-, three-, and four-bedroom condominiums; and ocean-view studios. There are also 77 additional two-bedroom, ocean-view condominiums in a separate tower. Guests may dine in the restaurant or relax in the lounge. For water other than the ocean, the resort has a kiddie pool, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and indoor and outdoor whirlpools for winding down. An exercise room, saunas, and a racquetball center offer you options for working up a sweat. The Carolina Room at Beach Colony can accommodate up to 180 people for meetings or events,and the Azalea Room can take in up to 60 guests. The resort also has a multilevel, covered parking garage; an outdoor lazy river water ride; and an arcade.
