The extensive mounds and large sand and grass bunkers present the challenge of this nine. The second nine, the Azalea Course, is carved from thick Carolina woodlands. Water is the dominant theme on many of the holes, demanding thought and strategy on every shot. The fourth hole is an island green accessible by bridge and surrounded by beautiful oyster shells. The Dogwood Course, which composes the final nine, meanders along the historic Caw Caw Run among the dense hardwood trees. The No. 6 hole will provide you with another challenging island green, and you can look forward to the No. 7 hole, where you’ll discover a 300-year-old cypress tree that’s more than 10 feet in diameter! Greens fees range from $25.95 to $69.95, depending on the course and the time of year. There is no walking and carts are extra.
