Description: This downtown lounge is a self-proclaimed mix of “the at home feeling of a bar and the pound your ears and dance your feet feel of a club.” Opened in 2005, this was the first place in town to offer real bottle service and semi-private VIP tables. It has won a number of “best of” awards, including Best Bar Atmosphere, Hottest Staff, and Best Place to Shake Your Booty. This is a place to see and be seen, to sip expensive cocktails, and to wear your best clothes for a night on the town. DJs here spin a mix of electronic and dance music that complements the chic decor, which is a mix of sleek dark wood, underlit bars, steel pillars, and modern lamps. Bottles of booze are lined up in various nooks behind the bar creating a very non-traditional format, which is complemented by the bar’s long, maze-like layout. They often do weekend beer specials like $1 bottles of beer and cheap shots to coincide with DJ parties. If you love the moody, fashionable crowd but prefer not to have to shout over the music, you can retire to the patio for some quieter drinks.
