Sheridan, IN: Sheridan's 1828 pioneer cabin built by Virginia abolitionist George Boxley was restored in 2007 by the Sheridan Historical Society, an historic landmark publicly dedicated in this rural Central Indiana community on Apr. 24, 2008. Heritage is now a focus for town revitalization.
