I AS THE PILOT FLYING ADDED T/O POWER AND BEGAN A CLIMB TO ATTEMPT TO CLEAR OVER THE TOP OF THE GEESE. AS WE BEGAN A SLOW CLIMB, WE CLEARED1 GOOSE ON THE LEFT SIDE, BUT HIT ONE ON THE RT SIDE. WE SAW ANOTHER FLOCK OF 30+ MORE FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE RWY TAKING FLT AS WE WERE GOING AROUND. WE KEPT THE GEAR DOWN AND FLEW A PATTERN BACK AROUND. THE GOOSE HIT THE BOTTOM PART OF THE FLAP AND BENT IT SUBSTANTIALLY. IT WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. WENT AROUND AND WORKED WITH PHIL APCH AND RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT AND LANDED RWY 24 W/O INCIDENT. OUT OF SERVICE FOR 3 DAYS. PHOTOS.
