One dented can of pizza sauce was stored among wholesome cans on the can rack across from the three compartment sink.
Unapproved employee twist top beverages and employee food were stored above food products in the walk-in refrigerator.
The dish area hand sink caulking was cracked and in poor repair. The preparation area hand sink was not adequately sealed to the wall.
The floor in the preparation area was soiled with food debris.
