Coronado Visitor Center

Coronado Visitor Center is located at 1100 Orange Avenue, Coronado, California. They are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday through Sunday 10am to 5pm. The visitor center is located at the Coronado Historical Association and Museum of History and Art. It is a small area set up in the lobby to welcome anyone who visits the island.

The center is two miles from San Diego over one of the largest bridges. Coronado itself is a small beach town with white sand, family friendly waves, and beautiful sunsets. Water sports are the most common activity, though shopping at the Ferry Landing Marketplace is also a possibility. As a resort town visitors tend to enjoy the resorts and 70 restaurants on the island. Day spas, art galleries, golf courses, and yacht marinas are part of the attraction.

The visitor center will help anyone find a place to stay, eat, or have fun. The staff will also offer historical information regarding the island. Coronado is a Navy town, which means there is a base on the entire north end of the island. The visitor center can help visitors find this and any other site one might want to see.
