High Rise Sales February 2011

Here is a look at the high rise sales over the last 6 months or so...I have removed the ownership section for the moment as I need to sort out what is actually happening at places like City Center.

It appears clear we have not bottomed yet on the high rises. Many are still going down at 25% or more per annum. Some...Meridian, Boca Raton and Signature appear close to stability. Others likely have a long way to go yet.
It is going to be a very long time before anyone builds another strip condo high rise.
I left the prior blog from last August up so those who wish may examine the changes.
