Food and single use items (ie. cups, lids, etc) shall be protected from contamination that is not specified under 3717-1-03.2 (A) to (X). Remove all items from the lower cabinets in the dry storage area immediately east of the kitchen. Once removed, remove all mouse droppings, wash, and sanitize surfaces. NOTE: Discard single-use items in these cabinets due to potential contamination from mouse waste.
- Observed the presence of dead pests or insects (ie. dead, decayed mice are present inside of a trap near the dry storage area immediately east of the kitchen).
Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. Remove dead mice immediately.

- Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty (ie. canopener was found with a build-up of old food debris).
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Clean can opener and maintain clean and sanitzed on a daily basis. Recommend using a small brush to aid in keeping the can opener clean.
