Notes: Discussed with the PIC about the complaint, and question how genuine the claim stands. He explained to me that the restaurant has a cleaning company that routinely handles all trash, drains,cleaning products and supplies. He stated that many restaurants in the areas share the same dumppsters areas; that you can claim NOT who is responsible of leaving trash on floor and around the dumpsters cans. Trah were sleft on floor,i ordered to remove trash and keep it clean.
The Business has NO written employee's health policy for food-borne illness,a copy is given to the PIC.
