    All food contact surfaces need to be cleaned and sanitized. The drink nozzles were found to have black mold on them and need to be cleaned. Advised manager they need to be scrubbed before they are soaked. Need to have proper sanitizer at all times(200ppm)
  • Garbage properly handled & disposed; containers properly maintained
    REPEAT Can wash outside needs to be fully functional with hot and cold water a Y connector and back flow prevention
  • Food & non-food contact surfaces easily cleanable & in good repair
    REPEAT Refrigerator in kitchen has chipped and rusted shelves , refrigerator at self service also has chipped shelves and a rusted bottom panel
  • Floors, walls, ceilings properly constructed, clean, in good repair
    REPEAT- Tight, smooth, easily cleanable construction is needed throughout(self service counter)
