Adequate enclosure is not provided. The south gate had a opening lunder fence 4'' . fix within 7 days .
Corrective action: The enclosure for new Class A & B pools which may include a fence, portion of a building, wall or other durable enclosure not associated with private premises shall have a minimum effective perpendicular height of six (6) feet measured from the outside of the fence, shall not be readily climbable or have vertical members more than four (4) inches apart and all openings in the barriers shall be equipped with gates or doors which are directly supervised or locked to prevent unauthorized entry.
