- Ice Making Equipment
Ice machines will be appropriately located for protection from contamination and will be maintained in good repair. The inside and outside of machine(s) will be cleaned as often as necessary to produce and maintain safe and sanitary ice. Ice will be dispensed in a sanitary manner or a scoop or other utensil will be maintained in a manner to allow the sanitary dispensing of ice. The dispensing utensil will be made of a durable, safe, smooth, and easily cleanable material and stored in a sanitary manner.
Ice machine is not the automatic dispensing kind and is exposed to the elements. Facility will need to provide an automatic dispensing ice maker/machine or go without. The current ice maker/machine will need to be removed within 3 months. Repeat from 6-17-09

- Restroom Fixture Installation, Maintenance & Servicing
All toilet fixtures shall be installed and maintained IAW City Plumbing Code. Handicap access toilet facilities must be installed and maintained in public areas. Public restrooms shall be cleaned and sanitized daily or more often if necessary. Guest restroom fixtures shall be maintained in good condition and all fixtures shall be cleaned and sanitized before being occupied by new guests. Handwashing lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water under pressure, tempered by means of a mixing valve or combination faucet. There shall be at least one handwashing lavatory in each restroom or immediately adjacent to each restroom. Each room shall be outfitted with cleaned and sanitized glassware, ice receptacles and any other reusable articles before being occupied by new guests. Used disposable articles will be replaced with new individual-use disposable articles before any room is occupied by new guests.
Room 21 Caulking is needed around edge of sink. Room 22 There is an unsealed wood trim around shower. Edges of shower needed to be caulked. Room 23 Some mold in shower.

All equipment, materials and furnishings shall be sturdy and safely constructed, easy to clean, free of splinters, protruding nails, loose rusty parts and paint which contain lead or other poisonous materials. All floors shall be free of cracks, sliding rugs, telephone jacks and electrical outlets. All carpets shall be kept in good repair and carpeted areas shall be vacuumed and shampooed as often as needed to keep them clean.
