Does anyone from our state know how to post pics on here? There are several people from other states who have posted beautiful pics of their area. We have some areas that are breathtaking and it'd be neat to show others pics of our state. Just some suggestions~areas of the Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood, the Badlands, Little House on the Prairie pics (Desmet), etc. Does anyone have this talent?
In the bottom left corner of the page there is a small box that says "posting rules". Click the blue link "IMG" code is ON and it explains how to post images. You have to have them uploaded to a website or photo sharing site in order to use the code. Here is a picture that I took while at the top of the tower in Falls Park.
That's a beautiful pic!! I don't have any photos on webshots or any place like that. I only have basic computer skills. You did a great job and if you have anymore to post, we'd love to see them.
Imageshack.us is a fairly user friendly photo hosting site. It allows you to thumbnail or save to assorted sizes. This forum seems to like pictures sized to 640x480 which gives you a picture this big:
Anything bigger kind of throws the page out of whack.
