Instead of asking us to waste 40 minutes of our lives listening to sofa chitchat with a very inarticulate man with an agenda, please present a summary that we can read in 40 seconds.

What exactly is his "agenda"? His only agenda as far as I know is to end the dictatorships and corruption on the continent. Do you have an issue with that??

Ok I can agree with that. I thought the interview could have been about 25 mins but I'm not in control of every video that's uploaded on Youtube. I've watched videos that I thought weren't long enough,anyway...

I have no issue with what his agenda is. I do have an issue with finding one person with an agenda and expecting us to accept everything he says about it as though it were a statement of verifiable fact. Which is why I asked you for a link or a citation to a recognized reliable source, respecting that 148-billion dollar claim, which YOU used as the title to the thread.

Is there, in fact, dictatorship and corruption on the African continent? How do you know? Because the head of a foundation (which has a political agenda) says so, buried somewhere in a rambling 38-minute YouTube video? There are plenty of Youtube videos produced by people with a political agenda containing that the USA has dictatorship and corruption, with accounting procedures to show how many hundreds of millions of dollars it is costing. (Costing whom?) . What does that mean?
