As the thread title states, I am looking for an ideal site among the Akron area Metro Parks to take my family for a blanket style picnic. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I haven't been there in years, but Virginia Kendall Park was always our family's favorite. It has big open grass areas, great hiking trails, lodges with picnic tables, a lake, and many beautiful trees.
