Default Is Jackson County Losing Population?

According to the Census Bureau (not sure of the census date), Jackson County is losing population.

Indeed, Jackson County is losing population, but only between the census 2000 and the 2006 estimates. For a more accurate reading of figures, census 2010 will really be able to tell you if Jackson has lost population or not. Either way, its under 200 people lost on the estimate so not a big exodus of people.
