I could not agree more with the DA's statement:

The Alaska Department of Fish & Game creates its regulations to ensure that everyone can share Alaska's resources equally and to preserve those resources for future generations. Anyone who deliberately violates those regulations is essentially stealing from the rest of us and future generations, as far as I am concerned.
