I've seen the PBS specials on this guys dozens of times and never get bored of seeing them. Remarkable, and really awesome he documented so much both on film and on paper. Need to get them on dvd or blu ray and get the books too one of these days!

Agreed. Watching those videos and the documentaries on him are the ONLY true reality TV shows set in Alaska that you will ever see.

I know those were just little "sneak peeks." I'll have to see if I can find a good price on the full versions, and the books, too.
