However, if you are going to be driving up here, you will need to have your passport in order to get through Canada.

I know there might be a market for people willing to wash cloth diapers. We have some local diaper services but they also supply diapers. What would be unique is to just pick up and wash the diapers owned by the people. It could be a viable service here with so many people getting into Cloth Diapers. You can even possibly sew some and make a bundle off that!

Good Luck!

Marty, do you need a break someplace warm? I think you're getting a bit paranoid. I was about to reply that I found this gal's excitement fun and fresh and everyone's replies were awesome.

Yeah, I'm usually the one defending the OP while everyone else is jumping on them. But this one reads like a litany of misconceptions derived from reading city-data.

Taking in wash? Cooking experience from sonic? Saying Y'all 2x? Actually typing sayin? Calling Alaska another country just to top it off? Never seen snow? It goes on and on. And its the very first post. My troll meter went off.

On the other hand I'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt so I'll watch.

Oh, I'll add more. People talk about education so she is going to get her "GDE", and we have discussed whether Uggs are good and she has a pair but has never worn them?

i can understand your doubt marty, for sure. but working with this population in the department of defense, and analyzing the post, i do believe it is genuine. she sounds like a young army wife, thats all. lots of life experience ahead of her. thank goodness she will be relocating to Alaska under the best circumstances-with BAH, BSA, TriCare, commissary privileges, and all the support network you could possibly need....thanks to the incredible benefits that the beneficiaries/dependents of the armed forces receive.

Lol...your too funny. I think its probably legit too. There are a lot of people that have never been in a colder climate let alone out of the lower 48 that would ask very basic/simple questions.

Don't forget the Milepost! I got it for $17 Amazon.com The GDE (GED) through me for a sec though.

Sonic's handmade onion rings are the bomb!! She could probably get a job over at Lucky Wishbone with that kinda background.

A young military wife. If her husband is an E2, they are young.

And saying "y'all"? It's a southern thing that is the plural for you.

Taking in wash, yes. People actually do that, especially as Tammy said, with the swing back to cloth diapers.
