I don't believe he turnover is high. Most of the TSA jobs in the bush were filled with employees staying out there for a week at a time because the jobs were never filled. It is expensive to live in Kotzebue. Plus the most welcomed people there are NOT tsa.
Try to get on with TSA on the traveling crew to temp. fill in at places that are shorthanded.
It's expensive to to bring out those National Deployment Force units into the bush, they had an announcement out for months to try and fill Kotz with Local Hire Officers and my announcement was such, the HR Guy told me tons turned it down because of the housing situation alone.
