#1: That depends on the time you're talking about. There will be a NG pipeline, I just don't believe it will happen for at least another decade.

#2: The biggest town (not necessarily the best community) with the most services away from the Mat-Su Valley rush hour and lower-48 mentality on the road system has to be Fairbanks. The "best" communities aren't necessarily on the road system and most certainly are not the biggest with the most services.
